Returns policy

Within 7 days of receipt

Here at 1010 Direct Ltd, we are very keen to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If for any reason you're not entirely pleased with all or part of your order, you can return any item within 7 days for a full refund.

Conditions of return

All our goods are inspected prior to despatch to ensure they are in factory condition. Any product warranting a return and refund must be returned in the same condition. Therefore, we cannot refund products that are not returned in new condition. Goods will inspected on return before a refund is processed.

Returns procedure

All returns of sunglasses and prescription spectacles must be authorised.We cannot process a refund on goods that have been returned without prior approval. Please ensure you email info@1010direct.com, stating your order number and the items you'd like to return and await a response giving authorisation to return your purchase. All goods must be returned using a recorded/signed for service. This is for your peace of mind so that you have proof that the return has been received by us. We will be unable refund items returned to us that we have failed to receive back.

Damaged Goods

In all cases, we request that you attempt to check your delivery upon receipt. In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged, please contact us immediately at info@1010direct.com and ensure that you retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your 1010 Direct order number and with the details of the problem and we will arrange to replace or refund your order, whichever you prefer. It is your responsibility to notify us of any damaged or incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.

Postage refunds

Postage costs will not be refunded other than in the instance of damaged goods or the delivery of incorrect items.
